ABOUT NICOLE
Hi, I’m Nicole, a UX/UI designer who turns complex business challenges into actionable digital solutions. At VISA Inc., I noticed a major client, ADP, had a website only in English, while most callers were Spanish speakers. I implemented a Spanish translation feature that reduced customer calls by 10 percent. This early experience showed me how user-focused design drives measurable business results and led me to pursue UX design professionally.
I hold a UX/UI certification from Ironhack and a Product Management certificate from BrainStation. At Make it MVP, I worked directly with developers and product managers to design and ship features under tight deadlines, translating research and strategy into interfaces that work for users and business goals alike.
I integrate AI into my workflow to accelerate research, ideation, and iteration without sacrificing clarity or usability. My core strengths include user research, wireframing, prototyping, and interface design in Figma, with a focus on turning insights into products that deliver results.
